3. Select Adobe Photoshop CS2 from the Programs list in the Edit drop-down menu in the upper-left corner of the Photoshop window. The main Photoshop window opens with the welcome screen shown in Figure 2-1.
4. Choose File⇒Open, navigate to the image or any folder containing images, and select one or more images.
Photoshop opens the image file or files in the active image. If you select multiple files, Photoshop displays the first image in the list. The name of each image is displayed in the lower-left corner of the Photoshop window.
5. Use the photo tools to edit the image (see Figure 2-2).
To select a tool, select Tools⇒Customize Tools⇒Photoshop CS2, or press and hold the Control key and press F on the Mac. The Tools menu that appears allows you to access common tools for editing and organizing images.

John W. Schwartz and Virginia A. Schwartz were married September 8, 1961. *397 They have one child, who was approximately 19 years old at the time of the hearing in the trial court. Plaintiff/husband is a successful businessman and owns approximately 10 acres of land.
On September 29, 1977, the wife filed for divorce. On February 7, 1978, the wife entered into a property settlement agreement with the plaintiff which was incorporated into the final decree of divorce. Among other items of property which were the subject of agreement and were later set out in the final decree, the wife waived any and all right, title and interest in any benefit which plaintiff might be entitled to under the United States Social Security Act and waived any and all right, title and interest she might have in and to any retirement benefits to which plaintiff might be entitled under the United States Social Security Act. The decree of divorce was entered February 21, 1978. It provides that the wife shall receive all “life insurance policies, retirement benefits and all other policies, benefits and rights as if this agreement had not been made and the property settlement had not been made.” On May 16, 1978, the wife filed an application for hearing to set aside the property settlement agreement on the ground that the plaintiff had represented to her that he would not seek a divorce if she would agree to the terms of the agreement. The trial court granted the defendant’s motion to set aside the property settlement agreement on the ground that plaintiff’s attorney had assured the plaintiff that any divorce action would be withdrawn if he agreed to the property settlement agreement. The property settlement agreement had never been incorporated into a final judgment by the court.
The dispositive question is whether the lower court abused its discretion in setting aside the property settlement agreement.
