Or if I make a division by $x^i$ I get:
$$f(x) = \sum_{i=0}^n \sum_{j=0}^i a_j x^{i-j}$$
So I have:
$$f(x) \text{ is a polynomial of } \mathbb{F}[x] \Longleftrightarrow \sum_{i=0}^n \sum_{j=0}^i a_j x^{i-j} = 0$$
Or in other words:

I also read that the statement is false in $\mathbb{F}[x]$.
So I had the idea of changing the sum sign to $\lim_{j \to \infty}$ and get:
