O’Shaughnessy was arrested on Saturday in connection with the July 2016 death of Aquilino Amador, 22 months, who was found dead in a bathtub in the Bronx.
O’Shaughnessy, 40, was arrested on April 14, 2015 in connection with the death of his daughter, Micaela O’Shaughnessy, 2, in a bathtub on Staten Island.
The mother was charged with criminally negligent homicide, and O’Shaughnessy was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
O’Shaughnessy is currently on Rikers Island and expected to be arraigned in state Supreme Court in the Bronx tomorrow.

Important Notes
