Using the code below I can get the numbers but how to make extra calculate the next value and display it in grid view?

I want to write a linq query that returns all parents that have no children and have a isPresentFlag of false for the parent id.
I have a IEnumerable that passes over a stored procedure that is returning me a List of ids and a flag (true or false) for the parent records. I want to check if there are any parents that have no children and have the isPresentFlag of false. The stored procedure in and of itself works great, but I am having a hard time figuring out how to use it to get the results. I really dont want to have to iterate the result set over and over because it is going to get ugly.
