I would think of it as a joke and find it very funny. I have encountered a similar phrase in a blog post (several years back).
The names of fictional characters may very well be copyrighted (probably in the U.S.) and it would be legal for someone to register those names with the U.S. government. Once they have a trademarked name they can legally assert some control over it.
For example, what if Darth Vader’s name is the same as a brand of sunglasses from ABC Inc. that were $16.99? How could ABC Inc. protect the name of Darth Vader?
The name of this site is apparently so well known that no one would think of an obvious parody like Truth-About-Commas.com when posting a comment on the right sidebar.
