Short of creating an addin in Simulink, or direct editing of the file the idea I had is to create a view (a hidden window maybe?) of the Autocad document, using a virtual window.
You could simulate a virtual window, put your autocad canvas in there, you could even put this window in a partial window (with a glass background) where you could see what you are doing.
You would just need a virtual camera and a camera inside that window.
Would probably be harder than the autocad solution, but it should be possible.

A previous version used the same idea (a virtual camera) to create a virtual transparent window where you could draw on.
I quickly developed the application but the result is far from what I expected.
I tried to create a regular window (invisible) that would capture the whole screen (or a larger area), use only the center of the screen, use only the canvas in the middle of the screen and use a pixel to pixel pixel draw.
The result of such a simulation was far from what I expected and hard to use for the required purpose.
So, I stopped this attempt.
I feel there is no easy way to do this.
It seems that virtual windows are not so well documented and most of the people that develop in those areas are not willing to help others on the internet that asked a question without having read everything first.
A:
To answer my own question, this is what I did:
I did a proof of concept :
I created a transparent virtual window (a regular windows would do) that captures the entire screen, and uses the canvas as the only content
I added a virtual camera that captures the screen and the center of the canvas
I simulated a car moving on the screen.
While this worked fine, I don’t think this is the solution that I want.
I then created an autocad addin that opens a model in a virtual window.
This is the closest to what I want.
I don’t really know how to get the virtual camera to the center of
