To build and run ProbGee from source:
1. Download the sources
2. From the root of the ProbGee folder, run the command mcc. You will be prompted to accept the license when running the MATLAB Compiler.
3. From the root of the ProbGee folder, run the command mvr. You will be prompted to accept the license when running the MATLAB Runtime.
4. From the root of the ProbGee folder, run the command mvn test.
5. The output will be in the build/target/test-reports folder. The analysis results of each test can be found in the target/test-reports/[test].analysis.xml file.
6. The build output will be in the build/target/classes directory. If you are using MATLAB Compiler or MATLAB Runtime, the runtime files will be generated in this location.
7. In the target/test-reports/[test].xml file, open the xmllist.xml file to find the test results.
8. Run the resulting java program to generate the data files. You can run the program manually or run it from an Eclipse Maven command:
